Canadian Government Scholarship 2024-2025 Fully Funded for All Levels | Bachelor's/Licentiate - Master's - Doctorate

The Study in Canada Scholarship provides students from higher education institutions located in eligible countries with short-term exchange opportunities to study or research at Canadian higher education institutions at the undergraduate and graduate levels.

Successful candidates will receive “fully funded” scholarships for four months, one semester or academic research at undergraduate or postgraduate level or for five to six months of study or research at postgraduate level.

This student exchange program replaces the full tuition scholarships in Canada piloted in 2020. At least 50 scholarships will be offered in the next competition, with the number increasing each year.

Finance

Funding to study in Canada is provided by Global Affairs Canada through the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD).

  3. $12,700 CAD for graduate students (Masters and PhD) for five to six months of study or research.

This means that as a student you will apply for admission to one of the universities or institutes in Canada. Then the institute or university will send your papers to the Canadian government to obtain the scholarship, and therefore you must fulfill the conditions of the university to which you will apply. First, then the university will provide you with funding from the “Study in Canada” scholarship.
