Eligibility Criteria: Charting Your Path to Success

  • Open to all engineering, technology, and built environment students identifying as women.
  • Full-time students at a university or university of technology in South Africa, Botswana, or Namibia.
  • Non-citizens of South Africa, Namibia, or Botswana are also eligible to apply.
  • Second last to the final year of undergraduate studies or full-time postgraduate studies, entering the workplace in 2025 or 2026.
  • Commitment of 7-9 hours each month from March 2024, accommodating academic workloads and holidays.

Note: WomEng Fellowship alumni are not eligible to apply.
